Once completed, either mail, fax, or bring it into the Port Washington Police Department. Your request will then be reviewed by a lieutenant and you will be notified when your report(s) are ready for pick up. In most cases, requests can be completed within 24 hours. Additional time is needed for lengthy requests or older reports. A limited number of records dated prior to 1991 are available. If the report involves juveniles, all juvenile names will be blocked out.

Cost is 25 cents per page. If you would like your report(s) faxed back to you, there is an additional fee of $3.00. If you would like your report(s) mailed to you, postage costs will be added.
